Pipe Spooling Qualifications
Pipe shops for carbon, stainless and specialty pipe fabrication. From ¼” instrument lines to 72” stack piping WCPF spools pipe. From assembling double randoms for the field crew to intricate and complex angles, we have the facilities.
TSBC and CWB qualifications to handle structural, high pressure and high hazard piping. Using our extensive library of approved pipe welding procedures we have completed high pressure lines, specialty alloy and titanium piping, toughness tested and heat treated lines for customers all over Western Canada.
Rigorous QA steps are built into every job, ensuring the top quality of work.
Tooling & Experience
The large and separated spooling shops are configured to the project, from assembling straight pipe to construction of modules, WCPF has the tooling and facilities to accomplish many projects efficiently.
We work with most OEMs, various NDE contractors and many raw material suppliers.
Field Teams & Design
Our spooling shop works closely with teams of up to 48 pipefitters and 96 welders for comprehensive installation. The same teams are called in to swing blanks and walk and sketch lines for job planning. Planning, procurement and design can be done in-house or supporting third parties. We can rapidly procure from any vendor and get custom parts in hours.
As the majority of our services are in-house, we can meet deadlines where others cannot.
